Traveling as Couple
Hotel was convenient to beach, restaurants, nice view. Staff is not on the ball. They had us booked into a room, but there were other people in the room and they forgot these people were there. I had a room key and my suitcase ,had to walk down stairs with my belongings to straighten out their mess. The hotel didn't apologize to me ,they just blamed the night staff for the error. ...read more

this hotel is so nice and clean. I had the oppertunity to talk with the front desk staff on all shifts. They were all so nice. I will definately be going back again.

The staff at this hotel was friendly and very helpful. The biggest problem was that it was not clean. The sink had toothpaste in it and the faucet looked like it hadn't been wiped down in ages. Attractive hotel with clean rooms and good service. Nice location across from the beach. They were good about providing a crib for us when it became clear that one our little ones wasn't able to sleep in a big bed yet. The rooms were small but had very nice decor. The beds(double) and pillows were very comfortable. The parking lot was not very well lit and was small. Many guests were having issues with their room keys. ...read more
